AXM logotype BEFORE redesign

 

Originally AXM was an abbreviation of the word "axiom" which means "A self-evident or universally recognized truth."The previous logo of AXM was based on Redford bold font that was quite uneven and dated compared to diverse content of magazine.

The brand was in need of redesign to revitalize identity and ready to start communicate relevant message to their audience.
AXM's visual seemed cheap and old-fashion, which didn’t satisfy needs of target audience who was focused on modern and accessible tone.The AXM brand needed to be strengthened and radicalized for target market so the main aim of redesign of logo was to reflect brand as a fashionable, modern, unique and dynamic.

The new logotype is based on Zeppelin font, which was transformed into unique shape with extended crossbar from an "A" letter. New AXM logotype has been given an authentic and accessible new tone, which shows "shift" towards being trendy, creative and up-to -date.

After the redesign new AXM identity is much more modern and younger and strongly reflects dynamic and versatile content.
